Competitive audit: Analyzed 15+ fintech brands in LATAM (Nu, Klar, albo, traditional banks)
User interviews: Spoke with 10+ potential users about their relationships with credit and chashflow in the day to day
Stakeholder workshops: Aligned internal teams on brand vision, values, and positioning
Key insights:
Users weren't familiar with"modern fintech models", based on low tech
Trust signals needed to be cultural, not just visual (language mattered as much as design)
Inclusion meant showing real people and real situations, not stock photo diversity
